I love Carrie Charley Brown’s Reading for Research Month. The idea is simple: for 20 days in March, you read picture books every day, write about what you learn from them, and read a blogpost about picture books that have taught them something about writing. There’s a mix of old and new, fiction and nonfiction, wordy and wordless. But I always find new picture books I love and discover new ways to think about writing them. Thanks for a great month!
